Garment Maker entered into an integrated contract to buy some cotton from Farmer. The contract stated that Farmer was to deliver 205 tons of cotton to Garment Maker by December 1, and Garment Maker was to pay Farmer upon delivery. On December 1, Farmer pulled up to Garment Maker’s factory to deliver 20.5 tons of cotton. Garment Maker complained that the delivery did not bring in enough cotton, then proceeded to sue Farmer. At trial, Farmer attempts to show that the parties had really agreed to buying and selling 20.5 tons of cotton as opposed to the 205 tons as reflected in the contract. The court should rule that
