If You Use Additional Writing Aids If you use any writing aid beyond the Native Google Docs tools and the Grammarly extension used within Google Docs, you must: List all writing aids used at the top of your paper. The only translation tool allowed is Google Translate. Do not delete the translation history. Provide a link to your Google Doc document showing version history. Paraphrasing Tools If you use a paraphrasing tool (such as QuillBot), you must submit a separate appendix containing: – Every original draft entered into the tool. – Every revision produced by the tool. Failure to submit this appendix will result in the paper being considered late and ungradable. If No Additional Writing Aids Were Used Include the following statement at the top of your paper: “No non-pre-approved writing aids used.” If this statement is missing, the paper will not be graded and will be considered late.
