Note: If you did not have any direct client interactions, describe an observation of client interaction with a member of the medical team or an interaction between medical team members.. i.e. took patient history, discharge instructions, explained prescription instructions, observed appreciative, upset, distressed, or other type of client interaction with the medical team.
