Roper v. Simmons (2005) ruled that capital punishment cannot be carried out on juveniles who commit their crime while under the age of 18. Is this a valid ruling? Why do you feel that society has a difficult time processing juveniles being executed? Do we still maintain that “save the child” mentality?
