A Georgia Tech startup has launched an organic facial cream called Ageless Beauty.  The brand marketing budget is limited, but the team was able to get distribution in many Atlanta-area retailers, such as Whole Foods, Target, and Kroger. Sales have been disappointing.  From in-store observational studies, the team discovered that shoppers are consistently picking up the brand and studying Ageless Beauty, but ultimately leave it on the shelf in favor of a different facial cream brand.
