Paula presents with complaints of a itchy, red, round rash that has been unresponsive to a variety of anti-fungal creams and oral fluconazole (diflucan).  Her exam reveals several small annular, pruritic lesions on her upper arms with an erythematous base.  Slight flaking of borders noted.  What is the APRN’s best plan of care?
