After exposing multiple microorganisms to goatacillin, you find that both Gram positive and Gram negative organisms are sensitive to your antibiotic.  However, you discover that of the two strains of Escherichia coli you tested in your lab, one is sensitive and the other is resistant.  When you compare the two strains of E. coli after antibiotic exposure you see the results shown in Figure 1.
