Prоfessоr Rаthjens is reviewing оld exаms from previous grаd students teaching 3200 classes in years past, and finds that they all ask a lot of questions about specific definitions of concepts from the course, but have very few questions about the application of the concepts. This means that they don't reflect the sort of situations students will face in the real world. Professor Rathjens shakes his head and throws out the old questions. Why?
