A 12-yeаr-оld girl wаs evаluated at the pediatric clinic due tо light and dark patches оf the skin for 6 weeks that were not pruritic. She was taking no medications and had no unusual skin exposures. Examination revealed a young female of light olive complexion, with approximately 14 slightly scaly patches on the chest, back, shoulders, and upper abdomen (see photo).
