There is оnly оne ____ аrtery in the bоdy:

Prоspecting: Yоu аre а street sаlespersоn for U.S. Foods, a large national food company that provides mainly for restaurants. You have been on the job for a few months now, but need to increase your sales in order to have a solid income once your first year stipend runs out. In a few months time, you will be working only on commission. Despite the fact that you have few accounts, your time is still very valuable, and cold calling potential clients are only worthwhile if there is a chance that they will buy from you. Therefore, you will be qualifying your prospects to determine where to focus the majority of your efforts. The following six clients have been on your list for a while, but your boss wants you to choose three to focus on this week. Please1) read each scenario, 2) determine (list) which clients you will focus on (choose 3), and 3) provide justification for your decision. You may do this in paragraph or bullet form.   Splash Cafe: A locally owned business with locations in Pismo, and two stores in SLO (downtown and on California St 1 mile from Cal Poly). Solid sales at all three locations as evidenced by the fact that they have been busy every time you have gone in. The menu consists mainly of seafood, salads, and other meat-based options. California location also has an attached bakery where they make artisan bread. Lots of tourist traffic at the Pismo location during the summer. Splash is an institution and people from the Valley have been going there since childhood when they come to the dunes. You are aware of an existing relationship with U.S. Foods. U.S. Foods makes their clam chowder which is distributed at Costco.   Jocko’s: A locally owned steak with one location in Nipomo. Jockos is an anomaly because there are not very many people who live in Nipomo, and yet the restaurant is packed every night of the week. Meat is the main menu item (it is a steakhouse after all), but other foods also served, mainly as side dishes. You have not been able to discover who their current supplier is.   The Hitching Post: Locally owned steakhouse located in Casmalia, CA (west of Santa Maria). Serves oak-pit barbecued meats and other items. In business since 1952. There is a second location in Buellton owned by the brother of the Casmalia owner. You have not been able to determine whether they buy from the same distributor or not. The business also provides catering for local weddings and other events with their mobile barbeque pits. The Casmalia location also serves as a wedding venue a few times per year.   Goldrush Steak House: Steakhouse located in San Luis Obispo. Very meat-heavy menu. Family owned by Phyllis Madonna. The steakhouse has been featured on many television programs and is something of a landmark in San Luis Obispo. One location. Also known for their cakes and pastries (which are very expensive, very delicious, and serve as something of a status symbol at local events). Also has an exposition center associated with it, although catering is rarely provided for events at the expo center. Shopping, spa, and hotel also on site. Many out of town visitors, as well as loyal locals. You have heard a rumor that price is their main focus and that the head chef often shops for meat at Costco, but cannot confirm the information at this point.   Eureka! Burger: Located in San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Berkeley, Irvine, Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, Indian Wells, and Huntington Beach. Offers a large selection of craft beers on tap, and focuses on beer flights with great burgers to match. Burgers make up the majority of the menu, but many high-end salads, pasta, and fish also popular. Currently buying from Pacific Food Group for the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara locations. Appears very popular for dinner (hard to get a reservation, and wait times are high). Many nightly drink specials, and live music several nights per week. Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse: Located in Paso Robles. Built in 1891, and continuously operated since. Offers on-site hotel. A very popular location for Weddings (nice gardens in the courtyard), which are often catered by the steakhouse. Also has on-site natural hot springs and a spa. Also has a bar, which is popular with the local over 50 crowds and increasingly popular among younger people as well.
