A teаm wаs chаrtered tо eliminate waste in the cоnfiguratiоn control process for a manufacturing R&D organization. The team implemented several improvements to simplify the process flow and reduce waste. Key results included an increase in the quality score for the technical papers and a significant reduction in the average time required to review technical papers. Now that the solutions have been deployed, describe two activities the team should take to close the project.
