While wаlking thrоugh а pаrk with his daughter, Harоld nоticed that the park was heavily concentrated with broken glass from the festivities the night before. He decided that the park was not safe for his daughter to play in. On their way home, Harold called the owner of the park and told him about the current state of litter and broken glass around the park. The owner assured Harold the glass would all be picked up within the next couple of days. Relieved, Harold decides to take his entire family back to the park two weeks later. As they approach the picnic area, Harold realizes that the park is in the same condition as it was two weeks ago. Upset, Harold calls to his daughter, Jade, age 9, who has run ahead. Harold tells Jade to come back to the car, so that they can go home. Running back through the edge of the park to the car, Jade steps on a piece of glass and lacerates her foot quite severely. Now irate, Harold decides that the best course of action is to file a suit on behalf of Jade.  What would be the most likely result of a suit alleging negligence against the park’s owner?
