A 32-yeаr-оld femаle pаtient presents with depressed mооd nearly every day for the past month, anhedonia, hypersomnia with  an average of 12-13 hours per night, fatigue, difficulty concentrating and getting task completed.  She also has beliefs that sounds she hears in her environment are messages from her guides and help her to make decisions in her daily life and stay out of harms way.  She reports she has held these beliefs consistently for many years and find them comforting to her.  When inquiring about her psychiatric history, she reports her depressive symptoms have been around for most of her adult life on and off.  She reports multiple hospitalization when found in abandoned houses for retreat when told to do so by her guides.    What is the working diagnosis for this patient?
