You have anesthetized a Norwich Terrier to remove a cutaneous tumor on the side of the neck. There was some hemorrhage (not enough to cause any systemic problems) so the vet elected to put on a pressure wrap to prevent hematoma formation. The dog has been doing fine in recovery and when she started to cough and raise her head you extubated her. About a minute later you notice her color is a little cyanotic and she is having difficulty breathing. What would you do first?
