Issac’s company sent him to Toyko, Japan to close a business…
Issac’s company sent him to Toyko, Japan to close a business deal with a company his company does international business with. When Issac arrives to the meeting, he is ready to sit down, look at the paperwork, close the deal, and then go back to the U.S. The VP of the Japanese company is very disturb by this because he/she ordered tea and wanted to get to know Issac. Needless to say, the Japanese VP was no longer interested in doing business with Issac’s company. Had Issac understood that Japan is a/an_______ culture, he would not have lost the deal.
