We are working with a hospital to help train employees on the new patient registration software and triage process to help reduce wait time and have urgent issues treated faster. We are doing this training because we realize the employees are not all aware of some of the proprietary software. The last time we did this training we read them the instruction manual page by page and they fell asleep. In this training, we utilize active learning and case studies to ensure individuals pay attention to us. What would this fall under in the ADDIE model?
