You are afraid that he may end up quitting if you do not hire a second MHC soon to relieve his caseload. You also know that all of your CO's are lacking CEU's for the fiscal year report. You need to make sure they are each at least registered for an upcoming training by the end of this year. Within the last month, you have also received a stack of letters from inmates in your facility. Several of the letters are from prisoners in Unit 4 where there are not enough beds for every inmate. There are at least 10 inmates that you know of that have had to sleep on mats for the last month. There have also been requests for updates on the outdoor recreation center, where the basketball goals were damaged in a recent storm. The track outside also needs to be repaved. You know that the utilization of outdoor recreation is a good outlet for the inmates. Lastly, there have been several requests from those enrolled in the new carpentry program that they need access to new tools and lumber in order to meet the requirements for the state certification. Take all of this in mind, along with the following estimates below of what needs to be addressed.
