We recently hаve discоvered thаt а Fоrtune 100 cоmpany is full of unethical behavior, embezzlement, creative data practices to look more profitable than they actually are,  and employees accepting bribes to land governmental contracts. All trust in the company has been lost by the general public. Our Bearcats Consulting Group has been brought in to train the new managers, Executives, and new employees on proper behavior after massive layoffs to encourage ethical behavior moving forward. They do know if they do not participate in the training and change behavior they will be fired immediately. Nadia, Tristan, and Maks  are in charge of training. They are busy planning the training and have you to create the rubric. Please define and provide an example of the different steps utilized when creating a rubric. Which step do you think is most important here? Why?
