So, after reading the messages, I went back and deleted 2 of the questions on the study guide so that it matches up with the slides. I also went ahead and added 2 key terms that were originally accidentally left off on the 2nd page so that you can use those to make flashcards. Those two words that were added are non-verbal communication and concise – again you really do need to know what these words mean so that you can get the correct answers on the upcoming exam.
