Post-Exam Submission Instructions – Notecard and Scratch Paper After completing your exam, please follow the steps below to submit a clear photo of your 3×5 notecard and any scratch paper you used during the test: Take a clear photo of your notecard (front and back, if both sides were used) and all pages of your scratch paper. Ensure the text is readable and the entire paper is visible in the photo. Upload your images to the assignment titled “Midterm Notecard and Scratch Paper Submission” within 15 minutes of completing the exam. Late submissions may not be accepted and could result in an academic integrity review. If you have any technical issues submitting your file, email the photos to me immediately at astephens@shoreline.edu
