I understand every student must maintain a current and complete background and health record throughout the entire class. If I have expiring or incomplete requirements (i.e. influenza vaccination, expired TB screening, outdated BID, etc.) I will upload satisfactory documentation to my CastleBranch account before the due date. Uploading documents after the due date will not be accepted and I will not be allowed to participate in any class components if any requirements are not current and complete.
