He has not been checking his blood glucose levels lately.   ROS:  he continues to have knee and hip pain Sleeping routine:  poor Habits:  Drinks 2 beers/day Medications:  acetaminophen, lisinopril, amlodipine, atorvastatin, and metformin.  VSS PE:  Alert male, oriented to person, place and time.
