In 2012, 18% of children ages 0-17 years visited the emergency department at least once in the past year (National Health Interview Survey, 2012).  Non-urgent cases occupy 58-82% of pediatric emergency department visits.   The investigators are interested in studying school-based health centers in Miami-Dade County where 141 of 392 (36%) schools have school-based health centers. Five new schools get school-based health centers every year.   Using complete sentences and paragraph format create a ½ to 1 page research proposal to the investigators.
