Raymond Oliver has a history of eczema. He often notices patches of dry skin and has irritation during the winter months that subsides when he begins using moisturizing cream. However, Mr. Oliver has noticed a spot on his left gastrocnemius that is not responding to his normal eczema treatment. He decides to show the AT the irritated patch of skin. After taking a brief history of Mr. Oliver, the AT notes that he participates on the college wrestling team. The circular spot on his gastrocnemius is red and inflamed around the edges, but with a normal skin appearance in the center of the irritated area.
