Michelle Daniels was recently put in charge of a new team and doesn’t really know them or their work habits. She is pressed for time so she cannot oversee their activities all the time. Instead, she steps into their work area from time to time to see what they are doing. To her dismay, Michelle has noticed each time that some employees appear to be goofing off as if they are quite lazy. Assume that Michelle’s team is not lazy.
