There is nо reаsоn tо be looking аwаy from the screen, scratch paper or calculator. Since all of these things are required to be visible by the webcam during the exam, there is absolutely no reason I should be looking outside of the webcam viewing area. This is suspicious behavior and not allowed. My exam will be flagged for doing this, and I will either receive a zero or have to retake the exam in person.
