A 6-year-old girl presented to her pediatrician with her parents with a chief complaint of easy bruising, nosebleeds, and petechiae. At 1 year of age, she experienced her first episode of epistaxis and has had several episodes since. There have been no significant infections and she has never traveled outside of the US.
