Susie has been experiencing sharp heel pain in her right foot for the past 4 months.She says that the first steps in the morning and after prolonged periods of standing/sitting hurt the most. She presents with antalgic gait, tenderness to the medial heeland along the plantar fascia, with limited DF and great toe extension that provokespain. What do you suspect her diagnosis is and what is the appropriate treatment.
