Make sure you have no prohibited materials, such as headphones/earbuds or other devices. If a phone or tablet is present, please place it within view of the camera but out of arm’s reach during the exam. Ensure that: Your microphone is on. Your face, shoulders, hands and the desk in front of you are kept entirely in the camera frame for the duration of the exam. Your focus remains on the computer screen.
