Drawing from what we know about incentives and barriers to ethical action, I would like you to: Name two ways that this compensation might crowd out ethical motivation for whistleblowing. Describe how each “way” you mentioned in part a might actually reduce the tendency to either notice or report unethical behavior. Describe two nonmonetary incentives you could offer to encourage whistleblowing based on more prosocial or ethical motives. These may be described as design changes you could make to the organization, but be sure to highlight what ethical motivation the change is motivating.
