Group Work Policy Groups will be assigned by me, and you will not be able to request specific teammates. These groups will remain the same for the entire semester. Working with different peers helps you develop collaboration skills that are essential in professional environments, where you typically do not choose your team members. Group changes are not permitted during the semester. To resolve group-related issues, such as difficulties in contacting group members, dissatisfaction with other members’ contributions, you must choose one of the three options below. Option A: Exclude a Non-Contributing Member from a Specific Assignment Option B: Remove a Non-performing Member from the Group Option C: Submit the Group Assignments Individually
