We’ve heard of the Balanced Scorecard as a performance measurement tool. We understand that it looks at 4 different perspectives to measure performance: Stakeholder, Financial, Internal Processes, and Learning/Growth. We want to assess if we are meeting our stated purpose: “To assist low-income seniors by providing free transportation services to medical appointments and shopping.” Required: Provide one performance objective for each perspective. Provide one specific performance measure for the objective listed. The performance measure can either be financial or non-financial.
