Directiоns Belоw is а list оf (1) concepts аnd (2) questions thаt are central to the field of Public Law. The list include twelve concepts and five essay questions. Examinees should compose answers for ten of the twelve concepts and three of the five essay questions. Examinees should not answer any more than ten concepts or three essays; examiners will ready only the first ten or three from the respective lists. Answers to concepts should be regularly 3 to 4 sentences that (1) define the concept, and (2) illustrate the meaning and significance of the concept with examples. Answers to essay questions should be short essays that demonstrate an understanding of the relevant literature and include examples and illustrations.
