A 14 y/o patient presents to the primary care clinic with middle abdominal pain, nausea, one episode of vomiting prior to arrival, and decreased appetite. Upon physical exam you note active bowel sounds in all quadrants, McBurney’s point tenderness, and generally ill appearing. Based on your exam findings and history, what is the most likely diagnosis?
