A 2 y/o boy was brought in the ER for SOB and coughing for the last 3 days. He is currently receiving cool aerosol therapy via mist tent with an FIO2 of 0.30. Patient exhibiting stridor, a barky cough and is febrile with 101°F. Pulse rate is 135 bpm, RR at 28 breaths/min and SpO2 95%. What is likely the problem?
