A 26 year old female, with a history of obesity, anxiety, and irregular periods, presents to her PCP for evaluation of infertility. The exam is unremarkable except for hirsutism and obesity. Ultrasound demonstrates cystic like features on the periphery of the ovaries as well as ovarian volumes >10mL (quite large!). What is the most likely diagnosis?
