A 26 year old male with a history of snake bites and binge drinking, presents after challenging a snake to a staring contest. He lost. Upon arrival to the ED, the patient has wheezing and angioedema. His vital signs are the following: T 102.6F, HR 123, BP 168/95, RR 26, and O2 saturation of 95% on a 100% nonrebreather mask.
