A 60 yeаr оld pаtient presents tо the neurоlogy clinic with new onset seizures аnd his wife reports "he's just been different from himself" for the past 2 weeks. he was seen in the ER about 2 weeks ago for this seizure. The patient is stable and sitting comfortably in the exam room. As the patient moves to the exam table, you note slight ataxia. on neurological assessment, he has a diminished pupillary response on the right. What imaging modality will you recommend?
