Speech and Language Evaluation Report Client: 8 year 5 month old boyReason for Referral: Mom said he’s not good at talking and school said he needs speech Background:He lives at home with family. Mom said he was late talking but not too late. Teacher says he has trouble with reading and stuff. Testing:He took the CELF language test and didn’t do good. He didn’t answer a lot of the questions and got a low score. Sometimes he was distracted. Receptive Language:He can’t understand long sentences or questions. Sometimes he looks confused. He didn’t follow directions right. Expressive Language:He talks in short sentences and leaves out some words. He can’t tell stories right. He says “um” a lot and repeats himself.
