In October, 2022, Darren dies. Darren’s parents, Ellen and Frank, come forward and tell Calvin that they want to move into Darren’s apartment and take over his lease. Calvin comes to you, his attorney, and tells you that he doesn’t want Ellen and Frank to take over the lease.
