Cameron is a 26-year-old male who presents with a painful bump located on his mid back. He states it started out as a pimple that his grandmother popped for him but now it is bigger and very painful. On exam you note a 4 cm x 4 cm golf ball sized raised erythematous area that is exquisitely painful to palpation. What is your plan of care?
