Case Study: Mr. Bob presents with a sacral ulcer which cannot be staged secondary to thick eschar over 90% of the ulcer. His medical history is significant for severe Alzheimer’s disease and HTN. He is a long term resident in a nursing home as he is non-ambulatory and cannot eat or drink.
