You are hired as a security guard and placed with an officer who has ten years experience.  You are assigned to work security at a recycling center because the neighborhood is a high crime zone and employees do not feel safe leaving after hours.  After employees leave, your partner pulls his vehicle to the recycle lot and starts loading old glass bottles into the vehicle from the trash bins.  When you ask what he is doing, he informs you that he makes glass bottle lamps and sells them at a craft expo on the weekends.  He informs you that its just trash and its not a big deal.  What would you do?  Do you view this as a wrongful or unethical behavior and explain why.
