Computech has recently released a product called Auto-Reservation. This software product is used by restaurants. It answers the phone when a customer calls, interacts with them, and makes a reservation for that customer based on their conversation. Auto-Reservation maintains a database of all current reservations at the restaurant so that the restaurant is never overbooked.
