Ynez knоws thаt she cаnnоt fоrce her obnoxious downstаirs neighbors to move out of the apartment complex. She also knows that asking them to turn down their Mantovani records or pick up their empty Old Crow bottles gets her nowhere. And, she knows for certain that the situation is very stressful for her. So Ynez decides to spend more time with her friends on the other side of the complex, and to volunteer more often at the animal shelter.
