Extra credit (1 point) You are an RN working in the hospital…
Extra credit (1 point) You are an RN working in the hospital. Your shift is one that requires you to work overnight. You discover that your thermometer on your dynamap isn’t functional. What is your first thought? (Btw, it’s 2 a.m.) Pick all the answers that you feel demonstrate responsibility, maturity, and an ability to utilize higher-level thinking. I should call the biomedical engineer that’s on call. My stuff isn’t working and it’s his/her job to make sure that it is, regardless of the time. I wonder what’s wrong? Should I check to see if it’s plugged in? Or maybe in need of batteries? Maybe I should find a different device until this one can be fixed, that way I can get on with my job. I’ll just hide in the breakroom till my shift is over.
