Final Exam Instructions Online Testing Option with Honorlock Proctoring This exam is proctored online using Honorlock. Students must use Google Chrome and have the Honorlock Chrome extension installed before beginning the exam. Click here to install the Honorlock extension Face-to-Face Testing Option with Approved Proctor If you are unable to take your exam online using Honorlock, you may schedule an in-person exam with the Angelina College Approved On-Site Proctor. Notify the instructor via email that you will take your course exams using an approved proctor. In the email, provide the name, role with your district, and contact information for the designated proctor on-site. Exams will be provided to the proctor to be printed on paper and completed with a scantron. All documents will need to be digitally scanned into a PDF and returned to the instructor for grading. External resources are not permitted on paper exams, and the testing environment should be actively supervised during the exam. One standard-sized (3×5″) index card is permitted. Notes must be handwritten and can be placed on the front and the back. Have your proctor approve the notecard. Face-to-Face exams will follow the course schedule, so plan to take your exams on the correct date. Failure to notify the instructor of rescheduled exams in advance can result in a zero for missing the exam deadline. Before You Begin the Exam Complete all chapter lectures, assignments, and review materials related to the exam. Once the exam is started, you cannot retake it—be fully prepared before clicking Begin. Online Testing Environment Requirements Sit at a desk in a private, well-lit area. Caps, hoods, and headwear should be removed. Remain visible in your webcam frame for the entire duration of the test. Store cell phones and other personal devices away from the testing area. Present the complete notecard to the camera before proceeding with the exam. Time Management & Submission The exam is timed and limited to one attempt.
