This is not difficult. What did you like about the play? What didn't you like about it? What did you think of the acting? What did you think of the costuming? What did you think of the set? What did you think of the lighting? How accurate was the production to what you know, so far, about Greek theatre? DO NOT use sources. DO NOT discuss topics that have nothing to do with this Theatre Appreciation class, such as things that belong in literature class - themes, irony, metaphor, etc. These things have NOTHING to do with a response to the assigned play. Break your work into logical paragraphs as you transition from one thought to another. Indent the first line of each paragraph. You will be graded as follows:    Introduction - 10% Thesis statement - 10% Body paragraphs - 10% Body paragraph transitions - 5% Body content - 30%  Conclusion - 5% Formatting/Grammar/ Mechanics also - 30% A rubric is attached to these assignment instructions.   Use MLA style. However, since this is on Honorlock, so do no t worry about Times New Roman 12 point, double-spacing, or indenting the first line of each paragraphs.  Remember that response papers count 40% of your overall grade in this class, so take these assignments seriously.
