For Questions 27-30, refer to the following passage: Dr. Charles Nichols, a senior research physician and corporate officer at Devlin MacGregor, secretly buried and falsified data from a clinical study regarding the company’s new drug, RDU-90, which caused significant liver damage in many patients.
