Humanitarian and Refugee Law: Describe the key provisions of documents we have reviewed, and their significance, in your view – in particular, the Fourth Geneva Convention, the Convention and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, the Cartagena Declaration and the OAU Convention Governing the Specific Aspects of Refugee Problems in Africa, and the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement.
